A program of the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, Servsafe has kept the world of food protected since 1919.
Held at our Philadelphia office (3660 South Lawrence Street) and open to all Novick Corporation clients and non-clients, the 8-hour course includes both instruction and certification exam.

Cost
Novick clients: $175 | Non-clients: $200 (prices subject to change)
The fee includes a textbook, the 8-hour course, continental breakfast and lunch, and the exam given in Novick’s Test Kitchen. Novick clients will receive textbooks with their delivery prior to the class date. Non-clients must pick up their book at the Novick office.
Important Notes
Eight hours of home study are recommended prior to the one-day immersion class. A score of 75 percent or higher is required to pass the exam and gain certification. Please allow at least two weeks after testing to receive your certificate.
